I had him come out and give me an estimate which is what I paid. He is an independent installer so I ordered my own carpet and pad, but he picked it up and brought it to my house. I did not have him remove the old carpet, but he installed the new padding and carpeting. He was very polite and professional. He was on time and efficient in the way he worked and I hardly noticed he was there which is great when you have someone working in your home.
