Scott and Pete were very friendly, were willing to work on price with us, were punctual in their communications, as well as installation.  They just finished up the fence in our area, and it looks very professional, is better than I had expected, and I am very pleaseed with their work.  I would recommend them for chain link fence installation to all of my friend, coworkers, and family.

We hired Roth fence back in February to do another fenced pasture area which basically kept the horses from possibly running towards the road should someone accidentily leave a gate open in the barn. We have used Roth before in summer 2012 for the same type of fence in the main paddock area. That fence turned out so good we wanted to extend it. We then planned to do an outdoor riding arena area in spring 2014. Pete gave us a really good price for doing it all at once so in May we put down more deposit to do the whole thing this summer.
They are THE fence people for animal fencing. It is really hard to find someone that does livestock or horse fencing and they know their stuff. They politely makes suggestions for what we wanted and have so many years of experience doing this they anticipate things you don't think of. Such as they knew that if I left my tiny trees where the horses could get to them, they would chew them down. They removed all the old fencing (t-posts and white electric tape) and piled it where we wanted it. They extended the riding arena and made it wider without charging more than the original bid.
Now the fence itself. It is AWESOME!!! Absolutely gorgeous! Not your typical farm fence. The rails are strong treated thick deck boards. The posts are treated white cedar. I saw a fence that they had done 15 years ago and it had weathered in color but was still solid and no broken boards. I have seen a lot of older wood fences where there are many broken rails, posts are leaning, whole parts of fence leaning, etc. Since I decided to replace my original fence back in 2012 I have paid a lot of attention to different types of fencing,how they look and hold up after years when driving around the countryside.
They do great work and you will love your fence, but you can't be in a hurry. They are good and their prices are fair, so they are busy. Book long before you want it finished because weather is a HUGE factor on their business. It is easy for them to get behind when the weather doesn't cooperate.
I will use them in the future also. My next project is a fence for my dogs in the front yard. Something white picket style maybe? I will be calling you Pete and son. Thanks for my beautiful fence!

excellent service. quick and timely. very thorough. friendly. did not hesitate to go over the information and up keep warranty and owner info with each family member. my husband myself and 2 adult children were involved.

Pete came and gave an estimate and worked with me to get what I wanted at the best possible price. His quote was considerably less than a competitor's, though he included the gates and the electric box, and putting up two rows of wire for each of the pastures. Two young men, sometimes three, came to work on the fence. The longest time was spent putting in the posts. There were a lot of them and the ground was very rocky. The guys were friendly but worked hard. Pete came by several times to check on things. The project took longer than estimated because of the rocky ground, and there were several rainy days, but the rest of the time the guys stayed at it. My husband and I were out of town several days, and when we came home the fence was finished! So, they had kept at it while we were gone (they knew we would be out of town). As my husband checked over the fence he noticed a couple of things that weren't exactly right (i.e. one small area of electric wire wasn't working, the electric fence box kept popping our breaker). It turned out the popping breaker was because of a bad outlet, nothing to do with Roth Fence and the other problems were taken care of the same day by Pete. Pete was friendly and professional and knew his stuff. We were lucky to find him. Originally, the people we approached from Angie's list did fencing for homes, not animals, but Angie's list found Pete for us. Thanks!!
