I originally got this company thru Home Depot. The company rep scheduled an appointment and did not show up. Where i called he said he was at a his birthday party and forgot. Then he came and took measurements and reviewed the options. he said he would send a quote and proposal. That did not happen, In fact I called and direct emailed the merchant two times and well as called 2 times. Then I emailed 2 times thru Angie's List, with no call or reply. Look elsewhere for god follow up.

They are reasonable, friendly, and fast. They even look at things and don't charge me. They are a good, small town company.
