We love the difference in the taste of fresh milk in glass bottles. The delivery drivers are always very nice and on time. Betty and Chris, the customer service reps, are helpful and prompt in answering questions on the phone of via email. It is very easy to change our standing order, cancel a delivery if we are going on vacation, or add on extras (butter, cream cheese, block cheese, etc.). The bill gets charged automatically to our credit card on file w the account, milk shows up by 7am every other Thursday morning, glass bottles are picked up for refilling or recycling. We are so happy to find this convenient service that brings us outstanding product.

The price is a little more expensive than buyng grocery store milk. We think its worth it - the milk tastes better, the bottles are sterilized then reused, at the end of their life then recycled, supports local business and local farms, and is super convenient.
