Komfort Heating did a great job.  The technician called the day of service to see if he could come early, which worked out great for me.  He was very honest and was able to get my furnace up and running within a half hour, for a low price.  I will definitely be using Komfort for any HVAC issues I have in the future.

I gradually became aware over the course of last winter that there was an awful smell coming from my heating ducts. Luckily it was a long cold winter, but as Spring slowly approached I knew I had to get something done quickly. I called Komfort Heating and Cooling since they have serviced my system in the past. The guys went above and beyond, wriggling around in my tight and scary crawlspace. They found the opening, pulled out the decomposing animal and sealed it up so nothing else could get in there. I was totally satisfied with their services.

Duplex with two really old furnaces....had one repaired but eventually needed to replace both of them. Aaron was professional and reliable, and the price was reasonable for the work done. Also hauled out old furnaces and left my basement clean. Very satisfied.

Jay came out to the house in the a.m. and consulted about the humidifier. He said adding it would be no problem since there was easy access to a water line. The AC issue was more complicated. Since it was a very old unit, he suggested replacing might be the better choice, for efficiency. He had a unit that was a little bit more capacity than we strictly needed, but they had already unboxed it when the customer cancelled the order. If I took it, he would give me a discount on the installation. I told him it needed to be done completely the next day since it was vacation home and we're not usually at that location and I had taken time off to get this done. He rearranged some other jobs and was able to get out and get the whole installation done in one day. Very satisfied with their work and their professionalism, even though I pushed the limit with the time frame. Would definitely use them again, and might just set up regular maintenance visits with them.

THE MAN I TALKED TO ON THE PHONE WAS VERY HELPFUL. I CONTACTED THEM LATE IN THE EVENING AND EXPECTED TO REACH AN ANSWERING MACHINE, BUT WAS VERY HAPPY TO BE ABLE TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON!! HE SAID THEY COULD SEND SOMEONE OUT RIGHT AWAY, BUT WE DECIDED TO WAIT UNTIL MORNING. THEY WERE OUT RIGHT ON TIME, AND THE AIR CONDITIONER HAS BEEN WORKING GREAT EVER SINCE. IT HAS BEEN USED DAILY SINCE THIS IS A VERY HOT SUMMER.
