Shannon is absolutely terrific She uses cleaning supplies that do not harm our dogs. My husband is home/bed ridden and she takes exceptional care of cleaning. Everything is so fresh and we feel so good when she comes. Very professional and down to earth We appreciate her coming monthly and she is so very reasonable price wise. Thank you Shannon

Huge disappointment. She gave the impression that cleaning was something she took pride in doing well, and that her staff were held to a high standard. I had informed her the floors were one of the most important things I needed cleaned, as I can’t do them anymore. Honestly it didn’t look like they were done at all. I complained but she insisted they were done. A large throw rug wasn’t touched. I took pictures and sent to her, yet she didn’t see the problem. I had paid her more than previous cleaners charged thinking it would be worth it. I don’t think she likes having to move anything either. There was a small toy on the floor in the exact spot I remembered seeing it when I left.( I had forgotten about it)
