Peter, of DogWatch, came and gave us a free estimate. We felt it was very reasonable for the size of our yard (hilly and large). He installed the underground wire within a few hours and set out flags and helped us train our dog. The battery lasted 1 year in our dog's receiver. We've had this system for 2 years now and LOVE it. Our large dog will not cross his boundaries.
Excellent customer service! When we were having some landscaping done, he came back and moved the wire so that it wouldn't be in the way of the landscapers. DogWatch of SE Wisconsin replaced our receiver when it was rattly and the battery that only lasted 1 year.

They were prompt, the fence was installed nicely, and our dogs have been responding positively to the fence. So I am overall pleased with the work done.

Pete came out to give an estimate in the rain. In a few minutes he examined our property thoroughly, described the Dog Watch technology, recommended how the fence could be best installed and wrote an estimate. He showed up at our door on the scheduled install date even though snow was falling heavily and we were expecting up to 8" that day. He offered to start work and then come back if he couldn't finish due to the snow, but also said it was okay if we didn't want him to start that day. I put him off until the following week (a good choice as our yard had 3" snow within an hour). The next week he came back, discussed the installation to be sure of the details and set to work. In just a few hours he had a working fence (with flags) installed, and we trained dogs for the next hour. He showed me how to operate the control box and collars, finished up some details, left me with spare batteries for the collars and gave me his cell phone number in case we had any questions.

Excellent service, professionalism, punctual. GREAT guy to work with. Was always responsive and available when I had any questions. Wire around property became cut 3 months after installation. Came out immediately and repaired for me and didn't even charge me for it. Can't say enough good things about the product he sells and his wonderful service. My dog, Barney, wanted to keep him!

We feel that this is the best money we have ever spent. It is so wonderful for us as well as the dogs to just open the door and let them out. No standing outside in the rain or in 5 degree weather and I know that they are in the yard.

Pete Harvey was on time, polite, professional, and just a real nice guy! He has 3 dogs of his own so he understands how important it is to keep our 4 legged family members safe. I did get other estimates on electric fencing but felt he was the best person for the job, his price was competitive and he was personable and sincerely wanted to sell us the best system for our dogs. We have a 97 pound dog and a 6 pound dogs so our concerns where varied. He was also willing to make any adjustment needed after the sale.

HE IS ALSO VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT DOG BEHAVIOR AND PROVIDED VALUABLE TRAINING INSIGHTS. I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THE FENCE SYSTEM THAT ALLOWS MY DOG TO RUN FREE ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT THE CHANCE THAT SHE WILL RUN INTO THE STREET OR BE A NUISANCE TO MY NEIGHBORS.
