Company probably does a good job if they ever show up. Nine hours after a snow storm I was still waiting for them to arrive. To make things worse they didnt answer the phone or contact me as to what to expect. Cancelled them on the storm day and found someone on Facebook that did the plowing promptly. I understand a major storm may take a while to get to everyone but they have too many customers or too few workers. I did them a favor and removed my name from their customer list.

"Customer was notified that they needed to let us know if they needed to get out on Friday or Saturday at all, typical for large storms. No response was given. We try to accommodate our customers the best we can. Customer has been with us for 3 years and never had a problem until this one large storm. Then one issue results in this kind of review. It's disappointing."
