Gordy was easy to work with and punctual. Provided a military discount. Identified several issues with the house that needed to be resolved including double tapping into circuit breakers in the circuit breaker box and improperly grounded electrical lines in several places. He did raise a couple of issues that were really non-issues. He indicated that perhaps aluminum wiring was being used and it was not, and he identified that the mortar needed to be repaired on a non-functioning chimney. Nonetheless, I suppose the chimney could have been a big issue if we were intending to use it.
