The project went according to plan.  They said they would start at 7:30 am and work until 4:30 pm and they did just that.
 I also hired them to do remodeling work in my house in 2008 and again in 2009.  Work performed in those 2 years involved new countertops in the bathroom, removal of old plumbing and installing new plumbing for the house, aluminum wrapping of windows so I don't have to paint the trim anymore.

He did the back part of my roof. It has not leaked since and we had two people come before who couldn't fix it.

Removed the old drywall, removed the old plumbing.  Installed the new plumbing and the new vanity.  Project went very well.

The project went according to the four week time frame quoted and stayed on budget.  Darrin was here at the time he said he would be each and every day.

Darin Milanowski was hired to put a new metal roof on my house.  He replaced the roof, but he didn't flash around either of the 2 chimneys, or where two roof lines met.  Not flashing the chimneys or the roof connection resulted in all the rain (lots of rain) funneling into my attic, onto my ceiling, into my walls, and into my basement.  I have extensive water damage and some of the water damage has resulted in mold. He also made the roof too long, so I was not able to have gutters put on, as the water would shoot right over any gutters.  I called Darin Milanowski several times to try to fix the damage, and he finally came over after several month, and put 4 tubes of caulk into the unflashed cracks.  This was of no help.  I have since had a reputable contracting company, and a mold remediation company come fix the damage, at a GREAT COST to me. The reputable contractor and all of his workers were shocked at the rotten job done by Darin Milanowski. My new metal roof, which was to save me money in the furture, has now cost me around $35,000.00!
