Todd Carlson painted my living room, dining room and kitchen while I was away on vacation.  The ceiling of the entire main floor level had water damage in 1999 from a pipe leaking and the company which did the cleanup and restoration which was hired by the insurance company did a so-so job.  You could see areas where the drywall tape was coming loose and the texture was poorly done.
Todd Carlson and his assistant completely hand-sanded down the ceiling and retextured the entire level, which is about 900sq. feet, and painted the area.  Todd also did a beautiful faux finish/sponge texture on an accent wall and painted the rest of the rooms and hallway.  I am very please with the result and it helped me to sell my house.
I have recommended Todd Carlson/Country Painters to many people.  He does the job right!

We were very pleased.  I would recommend them to anybody and everybody.  It was part of a total rehab on a room.   They were here on time and cleaned up after themselves and that's all I care about.  They were very professional.

I hired Country Painters, or Todd Carlson, to paint every wall in my house as well as the basement floor. I have a cathedral ceiling living room so that room is not easy. There were places in some ceilings that needed repair. I paid $410 for the paint and the rest was labor and worth every penny. All outlet and switch covers were removed, cleaned and then put back on. There were no paint speckles on the woodwork. The basement floor required a lot of prep work and he had to go around a hot tub as well. A couple of weeks after the painting was done I sold the hottub and Todd came back and finished the floor. Then a week after that I could see where the hottub sat so I called Todd again. He came before I got home and he left a note for me. He swept and washed the spot where the hottub had sat and that took care of it. I guess it was just dirty. He does excellent work and is very professional. He showed up with his helper on time each day and they cleaned up after themselves. This was the first time I ever hired a professional painter and I had heard a lot of horror stories. A friend referred Todd to me and I am so glad I hired him. He quoted a price and didn't change it. He had to move furniture too. I was very pleased.
