I had an excellent experience with them. The property that they went out to repair is a rental property and because the tenant called them to indicate that the furnace needed some attention without calling me they had it on record that they needed to contact me first in order to get authorization for the work. They went out to their way to do that in order to ensure that they would get the job and get it right.
