I won't go to Youngstedts Auto Service and Tire again. After going to them for several years, I had some really unpleasant experiences. They broke a windshield in my hard top convertible and refused to take any responsibility for it. I also feel that they've tried to hassle me to get repairs I didn't need. When I challenged them on it, all of a sudden, the repairs were not needed. I wouldn't recommend them, at all. They have to call their manager at their headquarters and then say it's not their fault or their responsibility. I had the window repaired on my own and it was over $500.00. I took it in there for a basic oil change. They put the top down on it without taking some things out of the back. They did not get permission to put my top down. It's standard industry to get permission. They absolutely were jerks about not taking responsibility for it. The quality of the work they did was good.
