This spring there were quite busy with a lot of water problems. I live about an hour away, so it took some time to get someone here but once they came, we scheduled an appointment and went from there. They were professional and complete. The room is now mold free. Thank goodness. There would have been no way I could do this on my own.

We had a small kitchen fire (oil/smoke) that produced a large amount of smoke that dispersed throughout the house, due to the house furnace fan being on.  Don and the Steamatic team were amazing throughout the entire process (going on three weeks of work at this point).  They were supportive, punctual, and did a top-quality job.  They are definitely professionals at what they do, and are extremely friendly to boot!  I would hire them in a second again, but I'm sure they're extremely busy, as I'm sure any flood/smoke/fire victims call on them immediately!

Service man was actually early. He went over what he would do and even had me check the job before moving his equipment upstairs. He showed me two areas that he was having trouble with and re-treated the area. Stains came out after special treatment. Very pleased with the result.
