Interior Design and Decorating
Best customer service ever. Company matched a lower price we found elsewhere; sent fountain prepaid shipping; and best of all - solved problems we had after it had been operating a few weeks. Fountain was easy to assemble (serenityhealth.com website has a video to follow for assembly) and fountain worked fine for about 3 weeks, daily use, mainly solar power, couple times battery power. We're in soCal so usually have lots of sunshine and left fountain on solar power. However, recently pump stopped working, and then fountain would not work on battery. Cleaned pump, used 3 sets of new batteries, no help. Called Jessica @ serenityhealth.com and she sent a new pump and new solar panel out quickly, no charge. Wish all companies had Serenity's Midwest ethic.
