Pete did an amazing job. He walked us through everything step by step and room by room, explaining what was important and why. The home had an inspection about 6 months prior with a different inspector, but Pete went over every square inch of the home himself, even going up into the attic, which the previous inspector hadn't done. He caught an important safety concern that had been missed by the previous inspector, as well.
He provided us with a lot of great information and we definitely came away feeling like we had gotten an education. I would absolutely recommend Pete to anyone looking for a home inspector!!

He were extremely courteous. We were very pleased with the outcome. He explained everything and offered a copy so that potential buyers could take a look at it. The service was exceptional!
