His name is Keith Richard and I believe he is the only employee. His price included the price of the toilets. I've used other plumbers and he was by far the nicest and did the best work. There was one problem with the disposal and he came right back out. He is definitely the best one I've used. His prices are very reasonable and much cheaper than another plumber I've used and he was twice as good. I would recommend him to anyone and I would definitely hire him again.
