The door looks nice until you look close-up at it, then you see that the rectangular edges where the beautiful glass insert is very sloppy, so that friends looking at it ask "what is that stuff?" So if you go to ProBuild and look at the doors on display, note closely the workmanship. I noticed it and said no, I wanted higher quality, and Jon S. assured me that "Oh, those are an old display, this door here is what yours would look like". And I fell for that, but in fact our door has the same sloppy workmanship. Another problem is that it does not seal well to keep out the cold air, but maybe the guy who installed it did it wrong (but I thought a pre-hung door would fit properly in its frame!). I asked Jon to take a look and see if he could help us get it sealed, and he said he would drop by but he never did and I didn't call back to ask why not. The price was good and the customer service was great until after the door was installed. And it looks good from a distance, and on a warm spring day the leaking air around the door edges doesn't matter.
