So disappointed with our Orkin experience. We paid $250 for four sticky traps we could have bought at the hardware store for $10. There was no follow-up from them, and needless to say the problem was not addressed. My request for a refund was not honored and their customer service representatives kept putting me off. Don't waste your money or time working with them.

We are very pleased with the services provided by Orkin. We had a real problem with ants and they took care of it. We continue to receive on-going treatments every other month and have had no further problems (for years.) They are always on-time, explain what they have done, and are very professional. They have given tips for what we can do to prevent other pest problems, and even let us know when our dryer vent looked like it might be plugged or need to be cleaned.
