- As promised - exact carpet we ordered. Install crew was very professional, even took time to field questions.
- When promised - two man crew arrived a few minutes early. They were out the door when they said they would be.
- No added costs or fees:
- No charge to remove old carpet
- No trip charge to Chippewa Falls
- No charge to dispose of old carpet
- Over $1000 less than an Eau Claire competitor AND:
we added carpet for our bedroom, 2 walk-in closets and our bathroom plus we received Mohawk Stain Master carpet instead of a proprietary brand.

The process began with product selection. Russ Zimmerman, and daughter Holly, advised us on product selection and assisted with color selection as well. The materials were ordered and installation went smoothly. Their installation crew was very professional and did a nice job of clean-up after the work was completed. The quality of the products and installation are first rate and got great reviews - the home was in the 2012 Parade of Homes. We will use them again if the need arises and would recommend them to others.

I could not be more pleased with this flooring company! We built our new home and had many companies working with us and Nationwide was by far one of the very best to deal with. The staff and the owner Russ were super friendly and always on time.They were also great about returning my phone calls right away. The process of choosing flooring went smoothly and the install as well. All workers were very friendly and cleaned up after their work was completed. I will definitely recommend Nationwide Flooring to friends and hope to use them again in the future.

The owner, Russ, was late for the appointment for the estimate. He entered the house to starting to conduct the estimate with no apology for being late. This should have been an indication to me on how he does business. He gave an estimate of $2,200 - $2,400.
They were a day late on starting the project.
Two hours late on the new established day to start project.
They completely skipped finishing the project on the next consecutive day, as promised.
Day three, they were two hours late again.
Russ excused his inability to meet commitments by another project that was more urgent. When the timeline continued to slip the communication was poor. We had to initiate contact to understand why they continued to be late. I would expect a service provider to call me, if they can’t meet an appointment.
We got an invoice for $2,458. Russ offered no explanation on his inability to meet his initial estimate. When I asked him why he wasn’t able to keep it within budget, he explained that was just a verbal estimate.
I have never needed a similar service, but there has to be much better options to receive good service in the Chippewa Valley.
