+ 1 moreThe special ordered spindles arrived at the store the following Wednesday, August 31st - a week after the order was placed, which seems like a long time to get a product from Eau Claire 67 miles away. There were considerable defects in the Ultradeck products: boards were not straight and it was impossible to get a consistent gap between them. There was also., significant color variation, dings (like someone hit the product with a hammer in random places), scuffs and air pockets. To add insult to injury, Midwest Manufacturing adds a $30 pick charge to special orders.
Description of Work: On August 22nd, 2011, I placed an order for over $2,500 of Ultradeck products (composite deck, rail and fascia material) at the Menards in Hudson, WI store. The rail spindles were special ordered.
