Metro Mowers is great at coming exactly when we need them. They mow several yards in the neighborhood, so they try to make one visit each mow. We have a nonstandard gate size in the back yard, so they have to use a hand mower. If they don't have the hand mower, someone always comes back to finish our back yard within a few hours. Metro Mowers is also responsive to requests - i.e., we need the back mowed for a party, etc. I usually get a call back within a few hours. For snow removal, we are happy overall with their service - though sometimes it could be quicker.
