I got an appt at the time I asked for, they were a bit backed up when I drove in, but the service check in advisor came to my driver side window in about a minute. He told me it would take about 45 minutes, and that's pretty close to the time he came to let me know my car was ready. I waited in the carrel in the showroom so I could work on my laptop. The woman who works the payment desk noticed me trying to plug in my laptop unsuccessfully. She got an extension cord and brought it to me shortly before I was called to pick up my car. The check out process was quick and friendly.

It went very well. The price I was offered and the value of my tradein were very fair for a highly rated new car with outstanding gas mileage and an excellent warranty. I wanted a smaller car and did not wish to pay about $1500 in repairs for my old car - that would be just the beginning of many likely future repairs. It was out of warranty. The purchase included free tire replacement if I performed regular service, e.g., oil changes, at the dealer. Since I would do that anyway, the tire deal was a valuable extra.
Many cars, including this one, did not come with a spare. Instead, they include an "emergency" kit for refilling a flat tire or getting a free tow after a flat, I decided to purchase a full size spare. I negotiated some extras with no extra cost: proper installation of the spare, the appropriate jack, moulding along the doors to prevent nicks, and a cargo net in the trunk. The car otherwise came equipped with all that I wanted.
Negotiating with Ken Vance Motors is low key without very much haggling. I have been a long term customer of this dealership and know the staff and ownership. They know better than to start high in hopes that I wouldn't press too hard.

Alignment went great - all specs in the limits provided by the manufacturer without replacing the expensive can bolt adjusters. Vehicle tracked straight and true after the alignment and the oil change - what can you say? It was OK.

Great. They got my barely functioning car in on a Saturday (the same day I called them) and gave me a loaner. By Tuesday my car was running smoothly.

I purchased my car from them. They are very prompt. I get in and get out quick. They scheduled me at 1:30 and I was out within 2:00. The work was done properly. They also record it, so the next time I go in they would have the record of everything. They are very thorough and organized.

Seems to be easy to get in. They do a good job. They are quick. If it is going to be a while, they have a car that will drop you off and pick you up. They are friendly. They always wash your car after any service.

I had a repair done before and they figured this was their fault because a wire was loose. They took care of it. So it didn't cost me anything. Which is very unusual for a company to do that. I was very happy that they admitted it. I have been to other places where I knew they did it but they did not admit it. This was something they could have charged but they did not charge me for. I have been going to them for a few times now. It is comparable to anyone else. It is a sale. I have to give them an overall A for everything that they have done for me. They are very nice to me. The one particular guy that always works with me is Chuck. He is the best. He has always taken care of me.
