Great. They cleaned it and provided a fix but also said not a required fix unless furnace stops again. No forced sale which incteased my confidence to use them again.

The technician arrived on time and work was thorough. All my questions about the unit were thoughtfully answered.

It went well. The guys were on time and immediately put drop cloths down before they even went down to furnace room. They worked quickly and kept me apprised of their progress and also of a few issues they found. I was almost made aware of energy incentives that I could make use of with the new furnace.

Great service. Called nearing the end of the day, as I was following up on the message I sent earlier in the day. Ron hadn't received that message, but was able to contact and have a technician come out within an hour or so. Thankfully, for my very old air conditioner, they had the replacement part needed and were able to replace it right away.

They did fine. It took them two days to get out here. It was a very busy time. They had to come back the second time. They seemed to be honest and reliable.

Indoor Comfort has been our "go to" heating and cooling contractor for over 20 years. These guys have installed and repaired our furnaces and air conditioning units in four different new and remodeled homes. They are honest, do excellent work at a fair price and will make sure the customer is satisfied with the work they do. I trust them with the key to my home when I'm on vacation. I picked Indoor Comfort from angies list and went to see their products. I thouht they had very good products so I got a estimate. I got another estimate and I chose Indoor Comfort. I got very good products and excellent installation.

Very, very well. Their two installers were at my home by 8:10 a.m. on July 16th. They were very professional and very neat. I have carpeted steps going down into the basement, so they covered them with canvas runners so as not to get any dirt on the carpet. They were steady workers and very pleasant and answered any questions I had. They finished up between 2:30 and 2:45 p.m. that afternoon. Everything was so neat and clean, you couldn't tell that they had even been here except for the new AC and new furnace. I was not charged for the initial service call because I purchased a new AC and furnace from them. I would give my whole experience with Indoor Comfort an A+ rating and would definitely recommend them.
