Came and repaired broken shingles torn off by wind. Came on time and on price target. Would hire them again.

Joe and his foreman, Justin, came to assess interior damage due to roof leaking and to look at what had been done previously that had not worked. They spent a good deal of time trying to trace possible sources of leaks, then scheduled repair crews.

After the first round of repairs were completed, a heavy rainstorm showed that some, but not all, the issues had been addressed and fixed. So, Joe came back out to do further study. He ordered more repairs and suggested the installation of a custom made downspout that would move rain run off more efficiently and keep it away from the stucco walls which had become saturated by run off. He drew up designs and submitted them to a local metalworking company for estimates.

I selected the design I wanted, it was installed and, along with the other repairs, the leakage stopped. It has been almost a year now without any sign of the problem.
