 + -1 moreI went to their website and picked out a bouquet, but decided to order by phone so I could be sure of what I was getting. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They advised that they were out of the purple vases but could put it in a pink or yellow vase. I asked if we could still go with the same purple flowers as shown on their website because she liked the color purple. They said that they could. When the person received the flowers they sent me a photo of them. It didn't even look remotely similar to what was displayed at their website! What was worse is it looked like they just shoved a bunch of flowers in the vase. The arrangement was terrible, I wish I could attach a photo and show you. I'd never use them again. How disappointing, it felt like false advertising.
