Days Inn West-Eau Claire

We reserved our hotel online, a non-smoking room. When we got to our room they gave us a smoking room, even though I had in my hand the reservation that confirmed a non-smoking single queen room. So they moved us to a different room with a double bed. Were married we don't need two beds, we wanted the single queen non-smoking room we reserved. They lady was rude and lied about the room being non-smoking when it clearly was a smoking room beings it had an ash tray and smelled horrible. The room we got moved to had beds that were 18 inches smaller than the queen we ordered so we ended up sleeping in different beds and the non-smoking room still constantly reeked of smoke. Upon entering the room we found lots and lots of dirt and dust and the bathroom was dirty as well with a tub full of scum and floor full of dirt. The bathroom itself was so tiny it looked like it used to be a closet that they decided to put a tub and toilet in. One can easily touch the door with their feet while sitting on the toilet, it was approximately 8ft by 5ft, extremely small. The continental breakfast had waffles, bananas, apples, cereal, breads, two juices, coffee, and tea. No meat or protein of any sort, not even peanut butter. On top of that since we were here for my grandpas funeral we had 5 family's staying here and they wouldn't give us a group discount or bereavement discount because you need at least 9 rooms used. If it wasn't for the fact that we HAD to stay here because of the funeral I wouldn't ever come here, nor will I ever again.The one good thing is it has WIFI so I could write this up real quick before I check out.
