Description of Work: I would not use this provider if there were a reasonable alternative. I live in a rural area beyond the reach of alternatives such as cable & DSL. We make extensive home-business use of the Internet, and would have trouble with the data caps imposed by satellite companies and Verizon, which are the only available alternatives to Clear in our area. Clear is rather variable in its transmission rate, but is generally very slow-so slow that you cannot view a YouTube video without interruptions. Sometimes it goes out entirely. If there were any other reasonable alternative, I would abandon them immediately.
