They were great. The workers were nice. They are always very prompt and meticulous in their work. For instance I asked if he could clean a sofa he spot checked it for free and it didn't look like it would take well, so he recommended not using his service to clean it.

I have used other carpet cleaners before; especially if they are running a special; but I always go back to Chem-Dry. Their prices are probably very average but I think they do a good job.

He arrived on time. Vacuumed and cleaned the carpet using the dry method which takes a shorter time to dry. There was no furniture to move as I hadn't moved my furniture in.
