I don't like their prices actually but they're very helpful. They try to fix problems, they're quick to help you, they're prompt and they come when they say they're going to come.

The phone people were very unhelpful. I called into the service center after originally placing my order online (as I was instructed to do by their confirmation email). They had trouble with my order for some reason and the representative on the phone decided it would be easier to just replace my order over the phone. They tried to charge me more money because the original prices were internet specials and even though it was their system that screwed up, they tried to tell me I couldn't get the same price because I was now ordering over the phone. I had to speak to two supervisors to get everything the way I originally ordered but at least they second person got everything corrected and was actually nice and apologetic about it.
The installation was excellent. The service provider showed up when expected, did and excellent job being careful in our home, and got everything installed exactly where we wanted.
So far the actual TV, Internet and phone service have been great.

I have been using them for twenty-seven years. Their service is fine. I will continue to use them in the future.

I did a lot of comparisons before choosing them. Please call your local charter representative when cost comparing. They have the ability to negotiate a better price for you. They have a 24 month price guarantee, but pay month to month. The tv package is an 85 channel package. I think by far, they have the best channels, they have a better sports package and education package. 10 meg download for the internet.
