I have lived in the house for 2+ years and the A/C unit would never run when I tried turning it on. I had gotten previous quotes and was told that the unit leaked, did not have Freon, and needed to be replaced. I contacted Jeff with CCS and he informed me that the unit was full of Freon and worked well. All the work that he performed was to improve the functionality of the unit as well as clean up the wires outside. I was very grateful as I was expecting to pay $5,000+ for a new system. Most people see an old unit and immediately want to replace it or want to take advantage of me being a woman and not knowing much about HVAC, but Jeff was very honest and took his job seriously. I was also very impressed with his willingness to come look at the unit with such short notice. I called early Monday morning and he made it out there Monday evening to take a look. I'd recommend his service to anyone needing help with their HVAC system.
