Brent Douglas-Flowers For Everyday

Staff were accommodating and empathetic to my needs. I no longer live in the area and when I found I needed same day delivery to the service for a friend the florists I had used in the past were not able to accommodate my delivery time and were unsympathetic to my needs and somewhat rude. Thankfully the staff at the Chippewa Valley Cremation Society recommended Brent Douglas Floral to me. I'm so grateful I will be using this florist from now on.

I called to order some roses for a pal's birthday.   When I arrived I found my roses were not ready at the specified time, they told me to come back in 20 minutes.  I was happy to do so as I had ordered them on rather short notice.  When I returned they informed me that as my roses were not ready when I first arrived, due to a minor error on their part, they would provide my floral arrangement free of charge.  I have bought a few floral arrangements in the past and have always been very pleased with their flowers. Creativity and a wide selection of flowers, I always felt their arrangements were crafted rather than put together.  But today's experience has shown me they have just as high a standard in customer service.  I am happy to do business with folks who go above and beyond to meet or exceed expectations.  Can't imagine using a different florist.

This arrangement in particular was so creative and out of the box!!!  I asked for something that was unusual and not ordinary and boy did they deliver!  I first used this florist for my wedding in 2007 and have been coming back ever since.  They are a florist that will not only cater to the unique, but they also go above and beyond in my opinion.  I have gotten to know the owner and all of the shop employees over the years and can say without a doubt that they are the most down to earth and nicest group of people I have ever met.  They definitely make you feel more than welcome; almost like family if I do say so.  I would HIGHLY recommend this company for all of your floral needs; wedding, funeral, prom, valentine's, mother's day, xmas, or any special event!!

THey were great to work with.  we met with brent at our initial consult, i knew i wanted to have my flowers done through there shop so i went in super early basically had a date set and a general idea of the details!  We went over colors and flowers, likes and dislikes, budget.  He brought out some ideas of what he was thinking to get a feel for what we liked.  about two weeks later i recieved the quote, which included a great brake down of what we were ordering (bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres...), what flowers were going into each item, cost of flowers and pitures of each flower and it was with in our bugdet!!  we had a flower that we weren't too sure about and they were great about working with us to find something different.  two weeks before the wedding we realized we had forgotten one of our grandpa's and they were great about getting it added!  They took care of delivering to the hall and putting the flowers on the cake.  It was great not to have any stress about the flowers!

He is very community minded and I like that. He works with and donates for a number of reasons. He's very creative and I've never not liked anything he has done.
