Well, they sent me a newbie, at first...cuz they thought that I had a simple wax ring problem. Problem is, the newbie wasnt sure, cuz he didnt have the experience. Sooo he made some phone calls to some experienced guys, well..if you arent looking at the toilet and dont have the experience with the flooring situation that I had, heck I didnt even know that linoleum had been put over tile...then of course you are gonna diagnose a wax ring problem. Sooo, newbie goes to Menards and gets a wax ring, comes back, puts it on...it stopped leaking for a couple hours....till I went back down in the basement for something, and it was leaking worse than before. Soooo, I called...and got an experienced guy to come back, with the newbie..and that is how the floor problem was diagnosed. They fixed it and I havent had a problem since. And I was only billed for the 1st day that they were there, not when they had to come back. Moral of the story, dont have a newbie come out, without an experienced guy, to try and fix anything. :-)
