+ -1 moreI would NEVER recommend Abode Rentals for any persons housing needs. I hate to say it, but in an attempt to accurately portray the owner, I felt intimidated as her personality reminded me of a Pit Bull, extremely aggressive.
Description of Work: I rent from Abode Rentals and have been since they purchased my bulging from the previous owners. I must say that along with the four other tenants in this townhouse we find Abodes complete and total disregard in ALL thier tenants needs and concerns shocking. Abode only concern is receiving their rent check, after that they wash their hands of nearly ALL their contractual landlord responsibilities, as witnessed by: very slow response plowing, overgrown lawn, unplanted trees growing in the rock garden and a felled tree lying in the yard. Add to these concerns, Abodes extremely slow responses to thier tenants maintenance needs.
