My furnace stopped  while I was out of town and  noticed this problem on Saturday . My furnace is 20 years old and had some issues  once in a while . I was told my previous technician to replace the furnace, if any problem occurs next time . My furnace was not responding to on and off and I assumed motor was down . I thought instead of replacing blower and motor and called Bill on Saturday for new furnace installation

He is so sincerely responded my call in with in 15 mins and I felt very comfortable while talking to him over the phone . I reviewed Angies list comments from various  people and some how I was able to connect  to the reviews as sounds like he is a very honest.

He showed up on sunday with few models and its quotes .He walked along with me to look at the old furnace and figured out as no major issue with the furnace and just fixed it . He said no rush to change the furnace right away  .I was so impressed with his honest .

He has every opportunity bluff me and would have sold new furnace .Instead he choose a honest path . I am so impressed and offered $51 as a token of gesture for fixing my issue . He said I don't need to pay for it , but I had to request him for my own satisfaction .

I will have him for any future work and trust this guy without any doubt

Went very good. Sent a picture of old furnace before Bill came out for replacement. So he new what he had to do. Bill was here for about six hours exactly what he said it would take. Everything looks really good and works as it should. Very clean an efficient.

On time and pretty quick.

We had three quotes for this work. Our oil tank was a big one, nearly twice the typical size. One guy said that we would need to knock down a wall to get the tank out. Another guy said it would have to be an entirely separate job with cutting torches, exhaust fans, and so on.
Bill took a look at it and said, "Yeah, we can get that out of here no problem." and he did! No wall down, no cutting torch, just drained, cut up, and out.
The owner, Bill is the core of the company. Comes off as an honest man and in my opinion is just that. He offered a lot of useful advice and insight on the job that gave us real confidence about hiring him. He was on-time and super clear about every step, especially stuff that makes a homeowner nervous, like watching someone drill a 2" hole into your lannon stone wall. The entire job was done to a T and exceeded out expectation. I'd hire him again and recommended Unified to anyone.

I like the guy's name of his business.  I called him and he was the first one that called back shortly after I left a message.  He said he would come out on a Sunday without charging us extra.  He met us early Sunday morning.  He was very nice and did a great job fixing our heater.  At the end of his message he said have a blessed day, so I can tell you he is Christian and I guess that made me feel that he was an honest person.  He was so kind.

Communicated a time.  Called in route.  Met me at the site.  And installed the thermostat without issue.  Provided a professional recommendation on the thermostat - which I followed.  Extremely helpful.

I purchased the installation of an Aprilaire 600 with included the product and installation.  I received an email promptly after my purchase.  Bill kept in great communication as to when he could be there and how long the project would take.  They arrived on time.  They told us the old Aprilaire was much larger than the new one and they installed sheet metal to make the new one work. They didn't charge us extra for that.  They were here almost 3 hours.  When they were done, they showed us how the unit worked and told us to call them with any questions.  It is a great company to deal with.

He helped us pick out the right size furnace for our house.  We were converting from an old oil burning furnace so new custom duct work had to be created to make it all work with our existing ducting.  Everything looks and runs great, very punctual and attentive to not only what we wanted but also what we needed.  He even connected our whole house humidifier.  Great job, would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Bill did everything promised and on time, and have offered a lot of valuable knowledge and information as well.  He is very patient and helpful.  He take time to address all our concerns and questions.

The were very helpful during telephone interview.  The pre-installment interview was handled ina professional manner, in that the sale person was the owner.  He help me identify what type of service I needed on my air conditioner and identified the advantages of installing an energy efficient furnace.  The workers showed up on time, completed the work as promised and gave me an over view of the work they did and how to use the new appliances.  They installed the a different type of therometer than I wanted , so the came back within a couple day and installed the one I wanted.

We decided (before the heat wave) to put in central air in our 105 year old Bay View home. We have forced air heat, but it was put in at some point in the past by less than professional people. The A/C install was more challenging than some but Bill and his team didn't change the quote he had given me originally. The unit has worked fantastic all summer despite the heat. Everything was clean after the install and they were great about communication and scheduling.

Bill was able to come out to the house to provide and estimate the very next day after I called him.  He was quick to provide me with an estimate for all the work that needed to be completed.  I made the decision right then and there to go with him as he was the most reasonabally priced compared to other vendors I was also reviewing (West Allis Heating and Cooling and another vendor were almost $2K more).  He also already had some great reviews on Angie's List, so I felt confident in his work.  He recommended using Rheem as it was lower in cost but just a good as the higher end models.
Bill was able to come out the very next day to do the installation.  After he was completed, he called to tell me he noticed a hole in the water heater ventilation through our chimney and recommended we get that fixed.  He said he temporarily put a patch over it, which I greatly appreciated as that wasn't in the scope of his work.
I appreciated the fact that Bill did all the work himself and didn't contract the job out to someone else.  He did a great job and even came back to change the thermostat at no additional cost as the tennant was having a hard time with the existing programmable thermostat.
I would definitely recommend Unified Heating.

The service was amazing.  The price was about half what we would have paid if we had gone with the 3 other quotes I received.  I recommended my family and a close friend to use Unified's Services.
