Description of Work: Rented back-ho, while using a hose popped out. They sent out a technition who told me that the problem was that a hydrolic hose was to short and that it caused stress on the coupler weakening the bearings. The tech then rerouted the hose after changing both the male and female couplers. He told me that he would inform Martin's of the problem. They told me that i still would have to pay for the repairs because it was fine when it left, so i guess I was the unlucky one who had it when it failed. I asked them if they would work out something and I was told NO. They gave me one price for the repair when the back-ho was picked up and told me another when they called.
