+ -1 moreI got Craig's name from a person at work who used him when they built their house. He and his business partner Mike wired their whole place for audio video and they were very happy with them. All I wanted was to get a new HDTV and surround sound in our basement. I called Craig to come out and take a look. He came out the next day and gave me ideas about different types of equipment, speaker placement, and how I was going to use the system. Craig was a very nice person to work with and was not pushy at all. Once we finished our appointment he got back to me within a couple days with a written proposal for all the equipment we chose and the installation cost. Craig and Mike took care of ordering all the equipment and bringing it out the day of the installation. The install went great and best of all they made what I consider to be complicated equipment very simple for me to use .
Description of Work: Installed new plasma TV, installed new surround sound amplifier and speakers, hooked up all of my equipment to new amplifier, programmed new universal remote and showed me how to operate everything.
