MR SKINNER DID ALL THE WORK HIMSELF. HE WAS PERSONABLE, HARD WORKING AND RELIABLE. I WOULD NOT HESITATE RECOMMENDING HIM TO OTHERS OR USING HIM IN THE FUTURE!! HIS PRICE QUOTE WAS BELOW ALL OTHER CONTRACTORS I CONTACTED AND HIS SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING.
