Mike Sadler and his assistant did a great job for us. They were punctual, professional and very clear in their communications. I had quite a few inputs/questions along the way and they were consistently patient and helpful. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Mike arrived exactly on time. Had the first sink repaired within minutes. Investigated the second issue, identified the problem and then ran out to obtain needed parts. He returned in 20 min with the parts. Worked to get the vent installed properly and got the drain working the way it was suppose to.
He was here for about 1.75 hrs. Very personable and knew what he was doing. He put everything back the way he found it and cleaned up after himself. I was very impressed with his wok ethic and will be using him for all future plumbing needs. The price he charged seemed reasonable and fair.

Mike was there when he said he would be, He had brought all the necessary fixtures and worked diligently through all the hardware replacements. He took the trouble to make sure the basement appliances were covered and protected from any damage or leaks as he worked on the shower directly above. I wasn't sure where certain where he would need access to in order to complete the repairs, but he carefully moved things out of the way when he needed to.

Mike is very friendly and professional. He has been on time and explains what is needed to get the job done. I feel that he does not take advantage of his customer.

I had called them once and they were prompt for the job. I later called them again as thought the problem persisted. They then came over and checked the same, but found no problem and didn’t charge me for the inspection. They were honest and didn’t seem to inflate their prices. Initially when they were called for an inspection and estimate, they promised to do the job a particular day and came in for the same as committed. I liked their services and will use the same in future.
