Steve Beck was very helpful in explaining the process and, after he completed the job, good at explaining his findings and repair.
His prices were the lowest I found in the area.
He also completed the job very soon after estimating it by visiting the site.
I would use him again without hesitation.
Where he faltered was when he failed to mail the material about his work and the pump he installed to me at my home address (I am an out of state owner). I recently spoke to him and he had yet to send it, weeks after completing the job. I look forward to receiving it!
