Puroclean Disaster Recovery

The technician was very friendly, answered my questions and this being a rental I was surprised at how bright these worn carpets turned out. He also cleaned an oriental rug that turned out beautiful!

Seemed very knowledgeable and very personal.

we needed someone out quickly to clean up stains left by our dog after he got sick. We called on a Sunday night and they got someone out to us promptly on Monday morning. Jesse was so great and worked hard to get the stains out.

This company took delivery of the rugs and it about three weeks before thet were (picked UP) by whoever they subcontacted the job to. About a week later the rugs were (done). Duro pro was anxious to deliver them, making sure payment was completed on the spot. no wonder, the larger rug, which in all honesty they stated that the spots would not come out, so the original quote would be reduced. The rug showed absolutely no signs of any attempt at cleaning. I wonder what the $25.00 dollars that was charged for this (service) is based on. Duro clean was obviously in over their heads here, not actually owning any equiptment able to clean this rug

Nice people and was able to get in last minute - You wouldn't normally think of them for carpet cleaning given the nature of their prime business but they did great and a nice scent was left behind!

Puroclean was very professional. They contacted me quickly, made an appointment within 24 hours and checked on the status of the job before removing their equipment. Their prices were also reasonable; Dan was extremely helpful and personable.

The staff and owner (Dan) of Puroclean are all wonderful. From the very beginning, Dan was committed to providing exceptional service above and beyond what anyone would expect. I really felt like he had my family's well being in mind from the first moment we talked on the phone. The work crew was neat, clean, and very personable. They worked hard, kept me updated on the daily progress and completed the job in about 1/2 a week. Dan is 100% behind his products and works hard to ensure customer satisfaction. The price of the work performed was by far, a bargain!

Dan gave us a prompt response and impressed me that he gave us good advice rather than pushing for a hard sell for his services. He called us a couple hours after we did the internet contact. He came out to do a inspection/estimate two days after we called. We were very satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others

We appreciated the fact that everyone connected with Puroclean really listened to what we were saying, answered all of our questions, followed directions and were prompt about call-backs, arrivals and clean-up. They were willing to negotiate with us on the over all project price and were courteous and hard-working. We especially appreciated the fact that they didn't try to "oversell" us on services we didn't need. We have referred them already to other possible projects.
