I have been going to Joanne for several years. She is sole operator in this very quaint office in her home. She is clean and neat in appearnce and the work she does is on the level of an artist. First she takes off all old polish. Than fills in the area of new growth ao the nails are all one level. Than she files and buffs to make them smooth and takes down the nail to a managable level. When she reapplies the new polish it can be anything you want. She will just apply new polish if that is all you desire. With me she knows I love something different and so far I have never been dissapointed. This time in the spirit of Christmas she free hand made each nail look like a christmas ornament. Soo unique and so beautiful I am sure to get compliments where ever I go.
