 + -1 moreCalled Mark when I found out all my other neighbors and friends were out of town, I got a notice that my freeze alarm activated and I was 6 hours away. Mark responded immediately on a weekend and repaired my furnace quickly, he saved me from potential pipe freezing and a long drive. He has always been quick to respond and very professional.

 + -1 moreVery well! Contacted Mark in person, came out next day for assessment and answered all questions. Identified additional concerns which we added to project scope. Scheduled work next week which was done on time and completely. VERY happy with whole experience, especially in light of increasing difficulty in finding responsive and responsible service companies. Highly recommend to others and plan to use for my future HVAC work!

Description of Work: Installed a new furnace at a fair price. They responded to my call quickly and had the furnace installed promptly. They even went above and beyond when we ran into a water leak that had soaked some insulation. New furnace is quiet and running great. So far my heating cost have been reduced since prior furnace. I compared several companies before hiring these guys and would highly recommend them for good service and reliability.

 + -1 moreI was very grateful for the reliability of service and peace of mind. Pricing was very reasonable. I gave it an 'A' because, under the circumstance, some vendors might be unreasonable.
Description of Work: I had a furnace failure in the evening, just ahead of a bad cold snap. Culver's heating promptly made a service call and repaired my furnace.
