This man refused to provide itemize invoices.  He refused to produce a Certificate of Liability Insurance.  He refused to produce the appropriate licensure and credentials when workmanship was questioned.  He would often show up on the job site when the GC was not on site in which hours could not be validated.  The PVC grade was the lowest grade despite the extremely high costs.  The wiring in some walls was found to be spliced.  
We are still waiting for the final report on the numerous corrections needed to correct the incomplete jobs by Kevin.
He also committed insurance fraud which will not be listed on this site as it has been reported to the appropriate authorities.
