The crew was on time, had all the equipment with them and were very professional. The diagnosed the problem quickly and started the process of pulling the pipe and pump. They discovered holes in the pipe which was leading to the pressure issues. They also cleaned out the well and pulled sludge out from the bottom which also contributed to the problems The pump was working but was about 14 years old - gave us the option to replace or return to the well. With everything pulled out, we opted to replace. the replaced just the sections of pipe required. The entire process lasted about six hours. Extremely satisfied with the work and the crew.
