We accept major credit cards and checks and will work with your insurance company for water damage. Very good service. Punctual, arrived right at the scheduled time. Did a great job on a 22-yr old carpet in a breezeway that had never been cleaned before. At our request, also cleaned a bedroom carpet that was not on the original order.

Larry arrived on time, walked around the areas that were to be cleaned. Explained what was going to do. Cleaned all rugs quite well. Was friendly, pleasant and professional.

I first called to inquire about an estimate. I stated I had measurements for my room. The lady who answered was very polite and professional and stated she could provide an estimate over the phone. I indicated I counted the squares on the ceiling as they are 1 foot and provided her the measurements. She quoted me $115. She also provided me four dates that were available. I told her I still needed to clean out one room and move the couch and would target the last date she provided. Well I didn't quite make it and called a few days later and another lady answered the phone and was just as polite and professional as the first. I indicated that I had called before, but I didn't quite get my work done as fast as I wanted and wondered if I could get on the schedule. She said sure, how about Monday? I said that is great! How about 10:30am. I said that is perfect.
Monday, September 23, I received a call from the technician that he was in my neighborhood and if I was ready. I said, yes. He arrived on time with all equipment required to do the job. He was very neat and clean as well as very professional. When he was finished with the job, he took measurements and prepared the invoice, adding tax. He said I received a great estimate as it was a few cents less than I was quoted. He also said to keep the fans going and the doors/windows open for circulation. The carpet should be dry by this evening. It was a beautiful day and perfect for a carpet cleaning. He even left me a pair of plastic slip ons for my shoes if I needed to walk on the carpet.
What a fantastic job on the carpet. I have left a business card for the real estate agent as well as a few of my relatives.

The carpet turned out very nice, and I would use them again.

"We apologize that your carpet took so long to dry. There are a number of factors that can cause this, especially high humidity. Putting fans on the carpet to increase the air flow helps a lot. Normally, carpets don't take that long to dry after we have cleaned. In the future, please let us know if there is a problem and we will be happy to find a resolution. We do have very strong air movers to help with the drying time."
