noticed a couple of programs had been wiped out but all the spam was still on it. I went in and deleted a bunch of downloads etc and fixed the problem myself. Tiffany was extremely rude to me when I called to question just what she had done.
"I tried contacting you regarding this I do apologize for this I didn't try to be rude I would like to offer you a credit of the amount you paid toward our store in an attempt to make it right. I don't remember how I acted toward you but I can assure you I`m not normally rude we have a very good reputation and I would like an attempt to prove it to you.
