BOYD'S OUTDOOR POWER

About seven days ago I took my rider mower to be serviced and new blades put on. When I got home and started the mower the blade came through the side of the blade guard. I complained to a answer machine and told them that i lacked confidence in their skills as this was a dangerous incident and then took the rider mower to a different repair service to be repaired. They also had my push mower which I picked up today. They said no work had yet been done to it although the blade had been disconnected and returned the mower. I called and asked to talk to the owner to inform him as to what had happened. The shop then called later in the day and said they had done work to the push mower and now wanted $40.00. I sent them a check but realized that i was being penalized for notifying the owner. This is the price I paid for using a business run by small people. Use at your own risk.
