We have two old (27 year old) furnaces. Randy has provided service on them and our central air conditioning units several times in the last 10 years. This fall our upstairs unit stopped working and Randy replaced an ignition switch. A few weeks later the same furnace stopped working and the air intake unit(?) was at fault. Randy made several calls to locate the part needed at the best price that he could find. When we had further trouble Randy came back and corrected it at no charge! He is pleasant to deal with, prompt and reliable. When you call Randy's Heating, Randy is the one who provides the service.
