Mark was exceptionally responsive, polite and professional from the very first contact. This was a very small job so, I was concerned he might not be interested. Even though this was a relatively minor job, he treated me exceptionally well. He did a great job of explaining to me what he needed to to, arrived and completed the job on-time and handled the financial transaction smoothly.

I received the recommendation from the contractor who is building my new place. I needed to replace this roof in order to sell this house. The weather this spring did complicate things along with shifting between this house and the new place. Mark kept me informed as to where he would be when and always showed up when he said he would. If anyone was watching the progress, they probably thought he was taking forever, but probably wouldn't of known the circumstances. It was more important to get the new place weather proof than finish this house. He always left the roof covered with a weighted down tarp and I never had a water issue.He cleaned up every day and did not leave anything laying around. He ran a magnet over the ground to find any stray nails which was very important with my dog being in the yard.
I would definatly recommend this company to anyone that would ask.

I have used Mark for both my personal home as well as for apartments I own. His pricing is competitive, he is very thorough and I have never had any issue with work he has performed. He has even followed up after his jobs making certain that we have had no problems. During the job and upon completion the work site was very clean. I have worked with Mark, both for my personal home as well as apartments for many years. On the last project Mark did for me he completely removed the previous roof, replaced sheeting as needed and re-roofed the building. Mark also brought to our attention the fact that the company who's shingles were on our roof (and failing) had a class action lawsuit due to being defective. With his help we did join the lawsuit and recouped some funds due to the material defect of the original roof. He did a wonderful job, as usual, kept the apartments cleaned during work and at the end of the day. I had many compliments from tenants regarding his work. He has always been very responsive if we have had any issue and at this time I wouldn't consider using anyone else. As a side note, when the tornado went through Eagle, a few years ago, I was over at the apartments looking around for any damage and Mark showed up. When asked what he was doing there he told me that with the winds, in our area, he just wanted to make sure that all was OK. How many other contractors, of any field, would do that?

The home was in need of a total roof replacement after 30 years. The second layer of shingles were blowing off in the wind and I had identified several areas where water was entering. The steel gutters on the living end of the house had rusted through and did not drain properly. The replacement gutters on the garage leaked at every connection point. The 13 year old shingles on the garage were curling and breaking off. Mand R Roofing provided a complete tear off, inspection of the sheathing and identified and corrected inadequate roof venting. They arrived promptly every day, worked constantly cleaned up all material daily and picked up all nails and debris from around the home. Mand R was courteous, professional and reported progress daily and kept homeowner informed of future work schedule. The project timeline extended due to additional work and weather but overall the job was completed very close to the estimate.

We have apartments in North Prairie and our oldest apartment is 15 years old. We had Certainteed shingles, which were defective, that required a complete tear off and reshingle of the entire building. We have worked with Mark for years and have found him to be very fair, polite, conscientious, responsive to any issues and proactive. He cleans up the job site, daily, and keeps a neat appearance throughout construction. When the tornado went through Eagle last year he even showed up at our apartment complex, on his own, to check the roofs for any damage and then proceeded to help me remove a downed tree. He did my personal home 4 years ago and he will continue to do any other projects we have. I recommend him to everyone I know when they need roofing work done. I can't say enough positives about Mand R Roofing.

Very nice to work with and have around your house, very considerate and polite. Work was done promptly and on schedule. Clean up was very good as well. I would highly recommend them. Even replaced our satelilte dishes and checked to see that they were working properly.

He called back not too long ago to make sure everything was still ok with the roof. He asked if he had to come back to fix anything that might have happened with the roof. When he was here working, he always cleaned up after himself. He was a very nice guy.
